reportedly calls anyone who is against her a "Communist".
The new lawyer of the President calls anyone against Erap a "Mobster".
And the Prez himself calls all who mutter his name with a mo!!
"elitist" and "rich". Funny, Marcos
used the terms "communist", "elitist" etc.
for anyone against Martial Law or his "family".
We assume that Erap cronies, though, would prefer to call us "suckers".
While we may be N/A,
or none of the above, we are now candidates for this year's Webby
Awards.

The current investigations
on Erap wealth (can't really call them hidden, now, can we) have
shown sloppy work and some smoking guns. And these,
we assume, were done by the best lawyers they could muster.
Hence our dilemma: If the guys who "hid" Erap
wealth are the same guys who decide domestic and international
financial policy, made all kinds of deals with China, US,
etc, we are in real deep shit. Kay Siazon lang talo na,
isama pa itong mga ito. 'Ala na!!!
Beware your phones: Overheard at an interview of ex-Pres. Ramos
"kung telepono ng presidente na-tap nila, paano yun ordinary
citizen?". ("If
they can tap a president's phone, what about the ordinary citizen?")

Normally, repressive regimes will stage a war in order to pull
people together and of course, stay in power. In
our case, the war came before the self-induced instability.

getting latched on to another bulok government.
The Labor Department
announced that the country's
unemployment rate is being drastically cut by the number of people
the administration is hiring to join it's pro-Erap rallies.
The boycott of consumer products from companies owned by the ERAP
Cronies has begun. One
crony is now giving away a free pirated VCD for every pack of
cigarettes you buy. Pirated na, tax-free pa!!
What ERAP forgot to tell
the beneficiaries of his "free land titles at the Tala Leprosarium
was that the disease comes free with the title.

sickening (Sunday, Oct 22).....

Manila and areas of
Luzon plunged into darkness at
around 5:48 AM Friday, 20 Oct 2000.
Lights back on at 1800H this evening. Talagang under rule
of darkness na ang bansa natin. Kahit tag-araw ay kalat ang dilim.

going on in the "Senate"
inquiry today the Army came in looking for Commander Global.
There is so much pork in the Palace that
the Arranque market butchers are on strike.
