Smart, Globe, TNT - Arriba! Arriba!

(*Readers comment about Smart's "announcement") :

(Why was it at Malaya? How come Smart didn't make the announcement at Manila Bulletin, Philippine Daily Inquirer, or at least at Philippine Star?
Why was it so small? One can hardly notice it.
They have bigger announcement about their stolen call cards in the past, and these were published in Manila Bulletin, Inquirer and Star at the same time.
I think, they really don't want their subscribers to know about these. They just placed the announcement to comply with the requirement of 30-days announcement before implementation at leading newspaper. Is Malaya considered a leading newspaper?
