PLDT has not categorically stated that it is ready for the bug.  The last we heard, when CEO Manny Pangilinan had them look into the problem they called MAPECON.  Yep, folks, they got problems.   Thing is, whenever they got problems, WE get problems, know what I mean?  As usual, Consumers end up having to pay for them, like we do their income tax.  Like we have been paying for that same telephone post for over fifty years now. And paying, and paying, and paying....

Since September of this year, I've been accused by PLDT and their champions in the media of various things, including luring unsuspecting hundreds of millions of net surfers to a domain of deception and affecting pldt's stock price in the New York Stock Exchange.  Alikabok (III) informs me that  Tony Samson called another emergency meeting for the friends-of-pldt-media-club,  and instructions were given that attacks on my persona shall continue.  Before the trial is over, I expect to be accused of a host of other things, which leads me to:

PHILIPPINE AIR FORCE PLANE PINAGBABARIL NG VIETCONG- The Philippine Air Force's aging fleet suffered yet more damage as an aircraft was shot at by Vietcong elements in the Spratley Islands yesterday.  In a daring and brave effort to defend his country, Philippine Foreign Affairs Secretary Domingo "Stormeng' Domeng"  Siazon sent yet another letter of protest to Vietnam. Hanoi replied through 'dedma'.  It has been reported that the old "PHILCAG", the Philippine military contingent that was sent to the Korean and Vietnam wars is making plans to meet at the old folks home in Alabang to discuss strategy and possibly make countermoves against Vietnam.  "We can block the driveway of their embassy using our wheelchairs", Ret Lt. "Hit the Deck" Puddao, former PHILCAG member  said. "Also, pwedeng ibato namin ng amin pustiso ang staff ng embahada ng Vietnam.  Kung walang kumikilos sa Manila dahil sa traffic at masyadong pagka-busy sa pagentertain kay Mr. Don,  Stanley at Lavides Ho, kami na lang ang tutulong", ika ng dating Master Sergeant.  Ang meeting date ng ex-"PHILCAG-ians" will be announced later.  It is highly probable that Siazon will earn the title of "most number of protests filed ever from Asia" in the next Guinness Book, a goal he may have long been after.

(Of course it was Tony- ed.)   All are welcome to criticize PLDT, as PLDT PR god Tony Samson revealed the other day (story below) that PLDT, much like the ERAP Administration,  is used to criticism.  However, whether it will get you anywhere but court or strafed at is another matter.
